10 Retention of title
All goods ordered by the customer remain the property of MamaViet GmbH until the invoice amount has been paid in full.
11 Cancellation & return conditions
Cancellations of takeaway orders by the customer must be communicated immediately by telephone. If takeaway.limmatladen.ch is unable to resell the order already placed, a partial amount of the order will be charged. If the customer places an incorrect order (e.g. by providing incorrect or incomplete contact information, by not paying or not being present at the pick-up location to receive the order) or otherwise fails to fulfill their obligations under the GTC, the full amount of the order will be charged.

Failure to comply with the law is punishable by a fine. When collecting the order, the restaurant may ask for identification if the order contains alcoholic products or other products with an age limit. If the customer cannot provide adequate identification or does not meet the minimum age requirements, the restaurant may refuse to deliver the relevant products to the customer.
13 Complaints
Complaints and liability claims must be made immediately after delivery or at the latest by 2 p.m. on the next working day. Otherwise the order shall be deemed to be in accordance with the contract.
14 Applicable law, place of jurisdiction
Swiss law shall apply to all legal transactions. In fully commercial legal transactions, Zurich is agreed as the place of jurisdiction.
